As CISPO, Nijel is responsible for Total Assure’s governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) efforts to safeguard organizations from cyber threats and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their critical information assets. For over 15 years, he has focused on evaluating the effective implementation of security and privacy controls, with a focus on establishing robust cybersecurity frameworks, implementing effective risk management strategies, and enabling teams to protect their organizations from evolving cyber risks. A graduate from Howard University, with a degree in Mathematics, Nijel also holds certifications for Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Project Management Professional (PMP). With a deep understanding of the threat landscape, regulatory requirements, and best practices, Nijel develops comprehensive cybersecurity programs tailored to the unique needs of each organization, taking a proactive approach to monitoring emerging threats and staying well informed of the latest security technologies and industry trends.

As a cybersecurity expert with over 30 years of experience in information technology and security engineering, Eirik strives to deliver robust engineering solutions that help our clients build secure and resilient systems in the face of continuously evolving cyber threats. He has directed multiple comprehensive cybersecurity programs to implement technical solutions at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), and National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP). He has applied experience in supporting Security Operation Centers (SOC), trusted internet connections (TIC), firewalls and firewall rules, encryption, vulnerability scanning and flaw remediation, disaster recovery, as well as Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guideline compliance. Eirik received his degree from the University of Maryland and has been recognized for his technical expertise with the NWS Modernization Award and two President’s Awards from his previous employers. Bart is a highly skilled engineer and leader with a decade of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and project management for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other U.S. Government programs. Throughout his career, Bart has engineered and implemented comprehensive cybersecurity solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients, while also remaining on the forefront of the cybersecurity industry, constantly adapting to emerging threats and developing innovative strategies to mitigate risks. Bart holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Security and Forensics from Strayer University, coupled with a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Certified Incident Handler (GCIH). He is also a U.S. Army combat veteran and medic. As a devout cybersecurity practitioner, Bart and his team deploy highly customizable managed cybersecurity services and tools to clients, and use digital forensic and incident response skills to quickly identify and remediate threats within the client infrastructure.

Having worked for over a decade in IT security and operations, Devin focuses on security architecture design, incident response, Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), and applied cryptography, with a specialization in nation-state and advanced persistent threats (APT). As the Chief Architect, he is responsible for developing enterprise architectures, while also building out Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting (DEATH), Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) capabilities for our clients. Devin received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Science (MS) in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Devin collaborates closely with clients to translate their requirements and goals into practical, scalable architecture designs, ensuring that the resulting solutions are not only technically sound, but also closely aligned with the client’s strategic vision for their organization.
